This Service Agreement (supplemented by product-specific terms, regulations, and guidelines attached to relevant service modules) was last updated: January 2025, effective January 01, 2025.
sebanen.com Services Limited ("sebanen.com"), headquartered at House 1, Road 13, Sector 13, Garib E Nawaz Avenue, Uttara Dhaka-1230, oversees platform operations.

1. Acceptance of Conditions

Thoroughly review these terms. The outlined conditions ("Agreement") and Privacy Policy form a binding contract between sebanen.com and you, effective upon using our platforms (website/mobile app). This Agreement governs:
(i) Access to sebanen.com’s digital platforms (collectively "Platform"), including ads, forums, and payment systems;
(ii) Transactions between service vendors ("Providers") and service consumers ("Users").

By proceeding, you confirm:

  • You are a Provider/User

  • Legal capacity to contract

  • Authorization for payment processing

  • Acceptance of all terms

Non-acceptance requires immediate platform exit. Users must be ≥18 years.

Modifications
sebanen.com reserves rights to amend terms periodically. Continued use post-update implies acceptance.

2. Access & Registration

5. Fees & Payments

  • No current User fees (subject to change)

  • Non-refundable except under Dispute Policy

  • Taxes handled per local laws

6. Dispute Resolution

  • 48-hour standard resolution window

7. Liability Limitations

  • Platform acts as intermediary only

  • No warranty on third-party services/products

  • Maximum liability = fees paid to sebanen.com

8. Account Termination

Grounds include:

  • Fraud

  • Policy violations

  • Inactivity

  • Legal compliance

9. Promotional Terms

Referral Program

  • BDT 200 split between referrer/referred

  • Valid for ≥BDT 500 orders

  • Geographical restrictions apply

Coupons

  • Time-bound validity

  • Service-specific restrictions
